Effective Date: January 1, 2026. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to mililaniinsulation.com and are issued by Supreme Mililani Insulation ("we," "our," or "us").
By accessing or using mililaniinsulation.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Site. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Site after a change is posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Supreme Mililani Insulation is a licensed insulation contractor serving residential and commercial customers in Mililani, HI and surrounding Oahu communities. Our services include, but are not limited to, spray foam insulation, attic insulation, blown-in insulation, wall insulation, crawl space insulation, vapor barrier installation, air sealing, and insulation removal.
The information on this Site is provided for general informational purposes. Nothing on this Site constitutes a binding offer to provide services. All services are subject to an in-person assessment and a separate written service agreement.
All estimates provided by Supreme Mililani Insulation - whether by phone, email, online form, or in person - are non-binding until a written service agreement is signed by both parties. Estimates are based on the conditions observed or described at the time of assessment and are subject to change if actual conditions differ materially from what was assessed.
If conditions discovered during the course of work require a change in scope or cost, we will notify you before proceeding with any work that changes the agreed price. We will not perform additional work that increases the cost without your written or verbal authorization.
Scheduled appointments are confirmed by mutual agreement. We ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a free estimate appointment, and at least 48 hours notice for a scheduled service appointment.
If access to the property is not available at the scheduled time without prior notice, a trip fee may apply. We reserve the right to reschedule service if site conditions, weather, or unforeseen circumstances make it impractical to complete the work safely and to standard on the scheduled date.
For projects involving spray foam insulation, you and all occupants (including pets) will be required to vacate the premises during application and for the curing period specified in your service agreement. Failure to vacate as agreed may result in rescheduling and possible additional fees.
Payment terms are outlined in your written service agreement. Unless otherwise stated in writing, payment is due upon completion of the work described in the service agreement. We accept payment by the methods specified in your agreement.
For larger projects, we may require a deposit prior to scheduling. Any required deposit amount and conditions for refund will be stated in the written service agreement before any deposit is collected.
Overdue balances may be subject to a late fee as specified in your service agreement. We reserve the right to pursue collection of unpaid balances through lawful means.
We comply with applicable building codes and permitting requirements in the City and County of Honolulu. When a permit is required for your project, we will include permit fees in your written estimate and handle the application on your behalf. You are responsible for ensuring the property is accessible for required inspections and for notifying us of any HOA or community association restrictions that may affect the work prior to commencement.
We warrant that services will be performed in a workmanlike manner consistent with industry standards applicable to the insulation trade in Hawaii. Any specific warranty terms applicable to your project will be stated in your written service agreement.
Except as expressly stated in a written service agreement, Supreme Mililani Insulation makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the services provided, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
The Site and all content on it are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the Site will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Supreme Mililani Insulation and its owners, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of the Site, the services provided, or these Terms - even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
In no event shall our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to your use of the Site or the services exceed the amount actually paid by you to us for the specific service that gave rise to the claim in the 12 months preceding the claim.
All content on mililaniinsulation.com - including text, images, logos, and page layouts - is the property of Supreme Mililani Insulation or its content providers and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this Site without our prior written permission.
If a dispute arises between you and Supreme Mililani Insulation relating to these Terms or any services provided, we encourage you to contact us directly first so we can attempt to resolve it informally. Most issues can be resolved quickly with a direct conversation.
If informal resolution is not possible, disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a mutually agreed-upon arbitration provider in Mililani, HI. You waive the right to a jury trial and the right to participate in a class action lawsuit related to these Terms or our services, to the extent permitted by law.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Hawaii, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action not subject to arbitration under Section 10 shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Hawaii.
We may update these Terms at any time. When we do, we will revise the Effective Date at the top of this page. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Site or our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
